One of Austin’s most iconic areas, South Central Austin is known for its unique neighborhoods, trendy restaurants, funky shops, and of course Zilker Park. Revered for its convenient location and charming homes, this community has a rich sense of history dating back to the 1920s. One of the most famous attractions in Austin is the huge urban bat colony that emerges from the South Congress Bridge each evening. Barton Hills

Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Barton Hills is a small residential community offering mostly ranch-style homes. South Congress

Located just south of Lady Bird Lake, South Congress provides some of the most spectacular views of Downtown Austin and the capitol building. Travis Heights

Developed in the 1980s, the Travis Heights neighborhood offers a blend of historic homes, modern residences, and newly constructed condominiums. With its close proximity to both South Congress and Downtown Austin, this neighborhood is an appealing place to live for young professionals and families alike.
