He visited most of the properties without us while we were in California. He presented the inspection reports the same day and primarily within 1 hour of the inspection. If we had any further questions, Sean followed up with the other party multiple times to ensure we got all the information needed for the decision. In some cases, we had to re-inspect the same property to rethink our decision, and Sean made himself available whenever we needed his professional advice. Sean made the offer submittal process easy for us. He would give a quick briefing on the process and forms and we would click and submit the documents in a tick. With this, we could submit multiple offers on the same day without any errors. We are super happy with the home we got! It could not have been at a better location, size and price. The transaction was the smoothest ever. Sean recommended an inspector, and we are happy with the report and follow-ups from that company to this day. They are coming back next week to do a courtesy inspection of the home's energy efficiency. Important to note that this transaction happened in the middle of a chaotic housing market in Austin where people won't secure a property after submitting ten offers. We were able to submit multiple offers and secured a property in 3 weeks, and that's in the craziest market in the US. Towards the end, we were in a tricky situation with the possibility of two offers getting accepted. Sean wasted no time providing professional advice tackled the case in the best way possible, and saved us from wasting any money on the retracted offer. The title transfer process was smooth, and Sean was there for multiple days to support the paperwork and clarify transfer-related things for us. If he didn't know something, he would find out to ensure we got the correct information. The service after closing the contract was excellent. We had to get in touch with the seller's realtor a couple of times, and Sean stepped in to assist in no time. Can't forget the number of times he would follow up if we needed anything.
